Wookey Hole is proud to support the hardworking members of the NHS, Police, Fire Service, and Forces by offering a 15% reduction on standard day tickets to Wookey Hole for the individual and up to three guests (four in total).

Claiming your discount

Tickets must be purchased on arrival at Wookey Hole to receive this discount.

To qualify, you must present valid ID at the ticket office on the day of your visit. Without ID, the discount will not be applied (see terms and conditions below). You can buy more than four tickets using this discount but another member of the party must also be eligible for a NHS, Police, Fire Service and Forces discount.

Terms & Conditions

You must show your ID on arrival when purchasing tickets and the ID holder must be a member of the visiting party.

This discount cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or discount (including any additional online discounts). Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.

Accepted forms of ID are:

  • Employee ID card
  • Payslip (as long as you have photo ID)
  • Blue Light Card

The discount is valid for up to four people. You can buy four tickets at the discounted rate per member of your group who is eligible for this discount. This means that if two members of your group had a blue light card you could buy up to eight tickets at the discount rate. Both blue light card holders would need to show their ID when purchasing tickets.
