Ticket Purchases and Admission

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or at the sole discretion of Wookey Hole Ltd.

Your booking confirmation serves as proof of purchase and entitles you to admission for the number and type of tickets purchased. If you are unable to provide your booking confirmation, Wookey Hole Ltd reserves the right to request photographic identification before tickets are issued.

Admission Conditions

• Senior Citizen admission rates apply to visitors aged 60 years and over.
• Child admission rates apply to children aged 3 to 15 years inclusive.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over.
• The person making the booking must be aged 18 years or over.
• Pets are not permitted within Wookey Hole, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
• Wookey Hole Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or require any visitor to leave the premises without refund where appropriate.
• Day Tickets are valid for standard attraction entry only and do not include admission to separately ticketed Special Events.
• Day Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.
• Requests to change a visit date may be considered at management discretion and may be subject to an administration fee of up to £5 per booking.
• Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner vouchers cannot be used for Special Events, Event Tickets or at the Wookey Hole Hotel.
• Special Events may operate under separate Terms and Conditions and may require an additional admission charge.
• Wookey Hole Ltd reserves the right to close attractions, amend operating hours, alter admission prices, modify events or withdraw services without prior notice where operational circumstances require.

Promotions and Discounts

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Online booking discounts, promotional offers and voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• Promotions are valid only when booked through the official Wookey Hole website.
• Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively or redeemed at the Admissions Desk unless specifically stated.
• All promotions are subject to availability.
• Wookey Hole Ltd reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Summer Admission Discount Offer (25 June 2026 – 2 September 2026)

To reflect the Government's temporary VAT reduction for visitor attractions, Wookey Hole will offer enhanced admission discounts between 25 June 2026 and 2 September 2026 inclusive.

Discount Levels

• Visitors booking Day Tickets online at least one day in advance will receive a 20% discount on standard admission prices.
• Visitors purchasing Day Tickets online on the day of their visit will receive a 15% discount on standard admission prices.
• Visitors purchasing Day Tickets at the Admissions Desk on the day of their visit will receive a 15% discount on standard admission prices.

Advance Booking Definition

For the purposes of this promotion, an advance booking is any booking made up to 11:59pm on the day before the intended visit date.

For example, a booking made at any time on Monday for a Tuesday visit qualifies for the 20% advance booking discount.

Additional Conditions

• Discounts will be applied automatically where eligible.
• Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for alternative products, services or experiences.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, promotion, concession, membership benefit or discounted package unless expressly stated by Wookey Hole Ltd.
• Following 2 September 2026, Wookey Hole's standard admission pricing structure and online booking discounts will apply.

Memberships

Wookey Hole Memberships provide admission to Wookey Hole for a period of 12 months from the date of the first visit, subject to published opening dates, operating hours and any temporary closures.

Membership benefits may be amended from time to time at the discretion of Wookey Hole Ltd.

Group Bookings

Discounted admission rates may be available for educational visits, youth organisations, group travel organisers, tour operators and other qualifying groups.

Third-Party Ticket Sales

Wookey Hole Ltd accepts no responsibility for tickets, promotional codes or offers purchased through unauthorised third parties, social media platforms or resale websites.

Tickets or promotional codes obtained from unauthorised sources may be refused and may not be accepted for admission.

Payment Security and Privacy

All online payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Credit card details and personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to process your booking or where required by law.
