Please note, our policy doesn’t support refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online. We consider your booking confirmation as proof of purchase and this entitles you to the number and type of tickets you purchased. In the absence of a confirmation, we may ask for photographic proof of ID to release your tickets.

Please see the below terms before making your booking:

• We offer a Senior Citizen rate for our visitors aged 60 and above.
• Child rates apply to children 3-14 years inclusive.
• Pets aren’t allowed into Wookey Hole, except for registered assistance dogs.
• Visitors below 18 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 or older.
• You must be 18 years or older to book tickets online.
• Online booking discounts and promotions are typically standalone and can’t be combined unless explicitly stated. Additionally, they won’t be accepted if presented at the ticket office on the day of your visit.
• We hold the right to refuse admission or ask any ticket holder to leave at any time.
• Day Tickets are valid for standard entry and do not include access to Special Events. They are valid for the date chosen during booking.
• Changing your visit date may incur a manageable admin fee (up to £5 per booking), subject to management discretion.
• Tesco Days Out Vouchers can’t be used for Special Events / Event Tickets sales or at the Wookey Hole Hotel.
• Membership grants you access to Wookey Hole for a 12-month period starting from the date of your initial visit, in accordance with our opening dates and times.
• We offer discounted rates for educational groups, youth organizations like cub scouts and brownies, Group Travel Organisers, Tour Operators, and similar entities. For more detailed information, please reach out to us at [email protected].
• Wookey Hole Ltd cannot be held accountable for tickets procured via unauthorised partners or social media platforms (such as Facebook). Tickets or promotional codes obtained from external sites without the express permission of Wookey Hole may not be recognized for admission.
• Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
• There may be times when special events lead to limited accessibility or incur extra costs for entry into Wookey Hole.
• Wookey Hole retains the discretion to temporarily close to the public, discontinue any attraction, modify operating hours, prices, events, or services without prior announcement.

Terms and Conditions for May Savings offer

• This discount offer is only valid for day tickets booked and used on or before 1st June 2025.

• Tickets purchased for visits after this date will not be eligible for the discount, regardless of booking lead time.

• Website Exclusive: This offer is only valid for bookings made online on the Wookey Hole website. Bookings made by phone or in person do not qualify.

• Automatic Application: Eligible discounts will be automatically applied to day tickets at checkout during the online booking process.

• Not Combinable: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, or voucher, including but not limited to third-party vouchers and special packages.

• Advance Booking Definition: A "full day" is defined as a complete 24-hour period before the date of your visit. For example, booking at 2 PM on a Monday for a visit on Saturday qualifies for the 20% discount.

• Subject to Availability: Discounted day tickets are subject to availability. Wookey Hole reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.

• Non-Transferable: Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
