Times and activities are booked to each individual school group.
You can download the risk assessment we have produced ourselves HERE (pdf). Once your booking has been made, you are welcome to undertake your own risk assessment by visiting prior to your school visit.
We understand that every school and organisation has different payment processes, so we're happy to be flexible. You can pay by debit or credit card, or by BACS using our invoicing system. Credit facilities can also be arranged for approved organisations. If you have any specific payment requirements, just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Yes - we can provide storage for school-packed lunches and any extra baggage. Just let us know in advance when making your booking, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
You’ll find toilets conveniently located across the Wookey Hole site. We recommend using the facilities in the car park when you arrive, before checking in and starting your tour. Additional toilets are available in Dinosaur Valley, the Mill, and the Restaurant.
We offer ample free parking for both cars and coaches. Dedicated coach parking is located in the lower car park, immediately on your left as you enter the main entrance.
We have both indoor and outdoor picnic areas available for school groups. Depending on the weather and the number of groups visiting on the day, we'll allocate the most suitable lunch area for your group, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to enjoy their break.
Once you've parked, please make your way to the Admissions Desk to check in. Our team will confirm your final group numbers, process payment if required, and provide your booking confirmation.
A member of our Guide Team will then meet your group and begin your Wookey Hole experience.
