No Refunds Policy

At Wookey Hole, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. However, please note that all sales made on our website are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Transfers of tickets to another date or time, may be possible, but this is at the discretion of Wookey Hole.

Admission tickets / Memberships / Events:

Wookey Hole operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets bought at admissions, booked online or by telephone. Tickets are valid only for the date they are booked. We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the General Manager.
