Do you love people and working in a fun, fast paced retail environment? Then we have the perfect role for you.

The Wookey Hole Gift Shop is looking for a new permanent team member to join this small, but perfectly formed team.

You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and prioritising guest experience.

You’ll help merchandise and replenish the product range in the store, to maximise sales opportunities. You’ll help handle and store stock effectively, minimising wastage and following Wookey Hole stock control measures including receiving deliveries and participating in stock takes as needed.

You’ll need to be comfortable using our sales system (training given) and be able to generate reliable sales information including carrying out opening, closing and cashing up procedures.

We work as a team, so your ideas to improve our financial performance will be welcomed.

The retail team at Wookey Hole would love you to join them.

This is a 12 month of the year operation and there will be a need to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis and in accordance with the business needs.
