Full admission rates are inclusive of all attractions on the site (Please note: Pirate Island Adventure Golf is a separate paying attraction and is not included in the standard day ticket). Whether you visit in the summer or winter it is wise to allow more than two hours for the complete tour of the caves, valley and mill.
After your cave tour feel free to walk around our valley and mill at your leisure, you may leave the mill and re-enter at anytime during the day on production of your Wookey pass badge.

Access for People With Disabilities
Unfortunately, access to the caves is not possible for wheelchair users. There are approximately 200 steps through the caves and three places where visitors are required to duck briefly to about 1.3 meters.
Disabled visitors that are not visiting the caves are most welcome in the mill and valley, where they can watch a virtual tour of the caves while they wait for their family to join them and experience the rest of the attraction together.
A concessionary rate is available for registered disabled persons (25% reduction on standard admission rates) and their registered carer. All other members of the party pay the standard admission rates. No other discounts or promotions can be used with this concessionary rate.

Documented proof may be required to obtain the concessionary rate, we accept the following:
- Disabled Living Allowance letter (DLA)
- Blue Badge (photo ID required)
- Signed letter from GP (photo ID required)
Toilets for people with disabilities are provided in the car park, valley and paper mill.
