Marie Curie meets Rexy the Dinosaur

Rexy at Wookey Hole is off to a ROARING start with his Marie Curie BLOOMING GREAT TEA PARTY! He is calling on people in Somerset to hold a Blooming Great Tea Party between 20-29 June to raise funds for Marie Curie, the charity which provides care and support for people living with a terminal illness.

Whether it’s a big garden party for family and friends or a small bake sale at work, every donation from a Blooming Great Tea Party will be helping Marie Curie Nurses care for more people living with a terminal illness across Somerset.

Rebecca Dade, Community Fundraiser for Marie Curie said: “It’s easy to support Marie Curie with a Blooming Great Tea Party and it really is up to you how you decide to join in. It’s a great opportunity to get together with friends and family for tea and cake in June  or another convenient time. We would love to hear about your tea-riffic plans. Every pound raised will enable us to help even more people living with a terminal illness in Somerset.”
