magical visit is valid for a day entry -Tickets must be used within one year from
date of purchase. After purchasing your
tickets online, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
This will contain your booking reference number which will be needed when collecting
your tickets onsite. Usually you will receive your confirmation within half an
hour. Tickets booked online are for standard admission
and are valid for a day visit. Tickets purchased
online can be used the same day. Tickets
need to be collected from the ticket desk on arrival. You will need to produce
your booking reference number or printed confirmation. Wookey
Day Tickets are not valid for Spook Nights, Fright Nights or Santaland.
